- Self-Awareness – Help individuals explore emotions, thoughts and behaviors. Encourage clients to reflect on their strengths, values, and areas for growth. Self-reflection exercises and mindfulness techniques can aid in cultivating self-awareness.
- Self-Management – Assist individuals in recognizing and managing their emotions effectively. Encourage them to identify triggers and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
- Relationship Building – Help individuals develop and improve their communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
- Decision-Making – Assist individuals in setting realistic and attainable goals that align with their values and aspirations. Guide them through the process of creating action plans and breaking down goals into manageable steps.
- Social Awareness – Encourage individuals to develop an understanding of others’ perspectives, cultures, and emotions.
